Szczecin
Szczecin is the capital of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland. It is located close to the Baltic Sea as well as the German border, and acts as a major sea port within the country's seventh-largest city. It is known for it's temperate climate which provides mild summer weather, and has a strong architectural style heavily influenced by the Art Nouveau movement. With a number of museums and galleries covering everything from literature to classical art, there are also many theatres in the city.
