Perpignan
Perpignan is a city in the Pyrenees-Orientales department of the south of France. It has a long history stretching back to the 13th and 14th century, and a sprawling metropolitan zone as well as a number of historic sites to see. The Cathedral of St. John the Baptist and the Palace of the Kings of Majorca are particularly popular tourist attractions, in addition to the Place de la Republique which hosts local events.
